1. Who we are
Core8Fit (“we”, “us”) operates this website. We are based in France. The business identified in our Legal Notice is responsible for your personal data. Contact: hello@core8fit.com.

2. What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, order details, and the messages you send us.
Information we collect automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages and products you view, items you add to your cart, how you reached our site, and your approximate location. We collect it with cookies, pixels and similar tools.
Payments: Shopify Payments, PayPal and Shop Pay process your payment. We never see or store your full card number.
Health-related information: we do not ask you for health information. But what you view or buy (for example, a postpartum fitness product) can suggest something about your health. We treat this as consumer health data. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

3. How we use it, and why

  • To process, ship and support your order (to perform our contract with you).
  • To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure (our legitimate interests).
  • To send you order updates (contract) and marketing emails (your consent, or as the law allows). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To measure our Site and ads, and to show you our ads on Meta platforms (your consent where required, otherwise our legitimate interests).
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

4. Who we share it with
Only service providers who work for us: Shopify (store, checkout, hosting), payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal), Klaviyo (email), Meta (ad measurement through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API), and our fulfillment and shipping partners (your name, address, phone number and order contents, only to deliver your order). We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in a sale of our business.

5. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to keep your cart, measure traffic and show relevant ads. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before using advertising cookies and pixels. You can also block cookies in your browser, change your ad settings on Facebook and Instagram, or opt out at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

6. International transfers
We are in France. Our providers are in the United States and Canada, and our fulfillment partner is in China. Your data is processed outside your country. We transfer it only as needed to run the Site and deliver your order, and where the law requires it we rely on the safeguards or exceptions it allows.

7. How long we keep it
As long as needed for your order, support, and our legal and tax duties (accounting records are kept up to 10 years in France). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California and other US states, the EU and the UK), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, get a copy, opt out of targeted advertising or data “sharing”, and withdraw your consent. We give these rights to all our customers in the United States. Email hello@core8fit.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity. We answer within 30 days, and may extend where the law allows. You can use an authorized agent. If we refuse, you can reply to appeal. EU residents can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr). We never treat you worse for using your rights.

9. California and other US states
We collect these categories of personal information: identifiers, purchase information, internet activity, and approximate location. We do not sell personal information for money. Our advertising pixels may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out by emailing us. We do not knowingly sell or share data of anyone under 16.

10. Marketing messages
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We do not currently send marketing text messages. If we start, we will ask for your consent first.

11. Children
Our Site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.
