30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. You keep the product. No return needed.
How to request a refund
- Email us at hello@core8fit.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number.
- We reply within 2 business days.
- Once we confirm your order and delivery date, we refund the amount you paid for the product within 5 business days. We refund in cash to your original payment method (card, PayPal or Shop Pay). We do not offer store credit or exchanges. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 more business days to show the refund.
You can ask for a refund on the whole order or on part of it, for example one device from a 2-device kit. Shipping is free, so there is no shipping fee to deduct. The free guide, The 10-Minute Deep Core Reset, is yours to keep. The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and per household for the same product.
When we may ask for a return
In most cases you do not need to send anything back. In rare cases, for example repeated refund requests for the same item or signs of fraud, we may ask you to return the product before we refund you. We will tell you by email first. In that case, return shipping is at your expense, unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send you a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice. No return needed.
Cancellations
You can cancel before your order ships for a full refund. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the 30-day guarantee applies.
Late or missing orders
If your order has not arrived by the end of the delivery window in our Shipping Policy, email us. We will check tracking and either reship at no cost or refund you in full.
