1. Who we are
This website (the “Site”) is operated by Core8Fit (“Core8Fit”, “we”, “us”), based in France. Publisher details are in our Legal Notice. Email: hello@core8fit.com.

2. Agreement
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree that we can communicate with you by email.

3. Products and information
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors can look different on your screen. The Core8Fit Core Trainer is a fitness accessory. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Results vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee a specific result.

4. Health and safety
Nothing on the Site, in our guide, emails or ads is medical advice. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recently gave birth, had a C-section, or have diastasis recti, a hernia, pelvic floor problems, back pain or any medical condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Check the product before each use and stop using it if it is worn, cracked or damaged. Keep it out of reach of children. Use the product as instructed and at your own risk.

5. Prices, promotions and payment
Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices and end promotions at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed. Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so. Free gifts and bonuses are available while the offer lasts. Import duties and taxes may apply to your delivery, see our Shipping Policy. If we find an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. You authorize us to charge the payment method you choose. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store your full card number.

6. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it or send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund you in full.

7. Shipping, delivery and refunds
See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you gave us. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as carriers, customs or weather. Your right to cancel and be refunded for a delay in the Shipping Policy still applies.

8. Intellectual property
The Site content, brand, images and guide belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, resell or share them without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site for anything unlawful, to interfere with it, to copy its data by automated means, or to give false information.

10. Reviews and content you send us
You can post an honest review of our products anywhere you like. Nothing in these Terms restricts that. If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm that it is yours and truthful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content from our own Site only if it is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, false or misleading, or unrelated to our products.

11. Third-party links
We are not responsible for other websites that we link to.

12. Warranties
Except for the guarantees in our Refund Policy, and to the extent the law allows, the Site and the products are provided “as is” without other warranties, express or implied. Where the law does not allow implied warranties to be excluded, they last only 30 days from delivery. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary by state.

13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim linked to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for personal injury or death where the law does not allow it to be limited, or any consumer right that cannot be waived.

14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. This does not remove the mandatory consumer protections of the state where you live, which still apply. If you have a problem, email us first. We will try to resolve it within 30 days. You can always bring a claim in your local small claims court. Otherwise, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of France, without removing any right you have under mandatory consumer law to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new date. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

16. General
If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays valid. If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up. These Terms and our policies are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site and your order.
